We are working with a service called Doccla. This service is for patients with high-risk COPD who have had multiple rescue packs or frequent A&E visits. Patients who join will receive a monitoring kit, which they use to send daily observations to the Doccla clinical team. The Doccla clinical team monitors all incoming data.
It is completely free to patients, you can message the team directly for any queries.
