How to order a repeat prescription
Prescription requests are strictly 2 full working days.
- We cannot accept urgent prescription requests, please ensure you are leaving enough time to request your prescriptions.
Ways to order
Patients on long term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- In person - bring your request to the reception desk during surgery hours.
- By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back.
- Online - Contact us via Accurx
Prescription requests are processed within 2 working days.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to consult with a pharmacist or another clinician at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
