You can request an appointment online through accurx triage.

Once you have submitted your request, it will go to a GP at the practice to triage and we will be in touch with an appointment or outcome.

We aim to deal with these requests within 24 hours.



Requesting a GP

We offer a mixture of telephone or face-to-face appointments, the majority of our appointments are released on the day at 8:00am

Patients have a right to see the GP of their choice, but this may cause delay in being seen and the GP have no appointments available.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order to give the appointment to someone else. Please ensure adequate time is given to cancel an appointment.

If you cannot call us to cancel the appointment, you can make an administrative request AccuRx

You can also cancel via your appointment reminder text.


Appointment Reminders

You will automatically be sent appointment reminders unless you wish to opt-out. Please contact the reception team who can assist you in opting out of this service.


Weekend and Evening Appointments

Evening and Saturday appointments are available through E4 Network PCN for GP, Nurse, HCA, Pharmacist and blood test appointments.
